Riot grrrl punk duo Basic Bitches shared the new music video for the track “There’s No Crying in Baseball,” which was featured on the band’s 2023 album It Doesn’t Matter If It’s Cool. Directed by Alex Spott, the music video was filmed at Memory Lanes in Port Jervis, New York. A punchy feminist anthem, “There’s No Crying in Baseball” demanded a music video as entertaining, charming, and empowering what was provided by Basic Bitches.
The track was featured on the group’s third full-length album, It Doesn’t Matter If It’s Cool. Upon release, the record earned praise from the likes of Rebel Noise, Loud Women, and Get In Her Ears.
