Young Thug is gearing up to drop the first single from his highly anticipated album.
On Thursday, April 24, Thugger dropped a brief clip of his upcoming song "Money On Money" featuring Future. Fans were first alerted about Thug and Pluto’s collaboration after the cover art for their track appeared on social media earlier this week. The song is the first offering from the Atlanta rapper’s first full-length album since he was released from prison last year after he accepted a plea deal in the YSL RICO case. Thug also shared the pre-save link for his album and the revealed the exclusive merch for it.
Young Thug has been subtly teasing the album over the past few weeks. He recently launched a new account on social media with the album’s title, and recently wore a jersey with "Uy Scuti" on the back while he was out at a basketball game. Lil Baby and Future have also spread the word about Uy Scuti, which could be a sign that they will appear on the project. It’s not yet clear when Young Thug will drop his next album.
This will be Thug’s first solo album since he dropped BUSINESS IS BUSINESS while he was behind bars. The album features collaborations with Metro Boomin, Drake, Travis Scott, Future and more. However, he’s already dropped other songs since he came home. He recently appeared on Lil Baby’s popular hit "Dum, Dumb and Dumber" from his latest album WHAM. After he dropped his album, Baby revealed he was working on a collaborative project with Future and Thug. Their joint album does not have a release date yet.
Look out for for Young Thug and Future’s new song dropping tomorrow.
