London riser Lucy Park has shared her new single ‘Good Graces’.
The songwriter draws from various strands of alt-R&B, constructing a very home-grown, hugely empathetic soul vision.
Her breakout track ‘Rain’ went fully viral, gaining more than 20 million streams in the process; debut EP ‘Before I Speak’ followed, with Lucy demonstrating a quietly literate sense of grace.
Follow-up EP ‘Good Graces’ is incoming, with the title track leading the way; a real pearl of a track, Lucy Park uses the song as an entrance point into an entire world.
A confident vocalist, her assurance gives ‘Good Graces’ a subtle intensity, pointing to broader goals in the coming EP.
