Vince Gill Celebrates Career Milestone With a New Tour — Here’s Where You Can See Him – EntertainmentNow

Vince Gill has truly had an incredible career, with 20 album releases, a spot in the Country Music Hall of Fame, and even a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Now, he is celebrating a major personal and professional milestone by going back on tour.
In a press statement All Country News shared, Gill explained what makes his 2025 tour so special. “I left home 50 years ago to try and become an accomplished musician and perform in front of whoever would show up,” Gill said. In honor of that ambitious move 50 years ago, Gill has a 34-show tour planned for the summer of 2025. Here, we’ll break down all the venues where you can see him perform.
As the singer’s official website details, Gill will kick off his tour on May 8th In Rochester, New York, and has several other stops planned in the Northeast. After the Rochester performance, he’ll play two shows in Pennsylvania before moving onto a show in Baltimore. After making a few more stops in the Northeast and Midwest, Gill plans to end May with a pair of Oklahoma performances, including a concert at River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa.
Southerners will also have plenty of opportunities to see Gill perform this year, as the singer has concerts planned in Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Alabama. After playing his last individual arena show at Connor Place in Cleveland, Ohio, the singer has a few other special performance events planned for the year.
Building a five-decade career in music is no easy feat, and Gill’s 2025 tour in celebration of that is, therefore, no ordinary tour. In addition to performing at arenas around the country, Gill has a short-term residency planned at the famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. As his official website shared, the residency will take place in early to mid-August and includes five shows.
After the residency ends, fans can catch Gill back at Sphere Las Vegas in September alongside the other members of The Eagles. However, don’t expect to hear the beloved band playing any Gil hits, even with the country singer in their midst. As Gill shared with American Songwriter earlier this year, he didn’t feel it was right to force the rock and country worlds together by playing his solo hits with The Eagles. Gill said of concertgoers: “I don’t want them to sit in those seats saying, ‘I didn’t come here to hear Vince Gill songs. I came here to hear Eagle songs.’”
Nevertheless, some fans have expressed their happiness at seeing Gill as part of the band. In the comments section of a Facebook post advertising the September shows, one fan wrote: “We were there last Saturday night. Vince you were fantastic.” Others shared similar positive sentiments.
