The ABC's triple j Unearthed website has been used to organise a stabbing inside Goulburn Correctional Centre, police allege.

Detectives this week went to the prison and charged two men, aged 44 and 28, over the attack.
The ABC music discovery website that helped launch the careers of Flume and Gang of Youths has been used to organise the stabbing of a prisoner inside a maximum security prison, NSW Police allege.

NSW Police allege it was used to recruit an inmate inside Goulburn Correctional Centre to carry out a stabbing earlier this year.
Authorities said Raptor Squad, the state police's strike force targeting organised and serious crime, had been investigating the alleged assault of an inmate in the prison.

Detectives on Tuesday returned to the prison and charged two men, aged 44 and 28, over the attack.
"Police will allege in court the older man used an FM Radio website chat function to communicate his instructions to coordinate the stabbing, which the younger man carried out for money," NSW Police said.
triple j Unearthed does not have direct messaging capabilities or a "website chat function" on its website or mobile app.
However, ABC News understands it is being alleged that offenders had been communicating by repeatedly and rapidly editing the biographical information of at least one Unearthed profile.

If two or more people are able to edit the same account, it would effectively allow them to leave messages for one another.

The alleged covert conversations has now resulted in all inmate tablets being confiscated.
“[We] removed all access to inmate tablets at the High Risk Management Correctional Centre following unauthorised communications via an approved website,” a Corrective Services spokesperson said.
“A technical solution was identified and deployed to all devices to address the issue.
Prisoners across Australia may have access to electronic devices such as iPads which are pre-loaded with approved applications that includes news websites. The use of these devices are made available for study, legal purposes, or to help with reintegration.
Their uses are often strictly monitored — including flagging specific words in email communications, but savvy criminals can exploit loopholes that may allow them to communicate freely with criminal associates without alerting their wardens.
In 2016, for example, a group of WA inmates used their gaming consoles to access the internet through a smuggled wi-fi dongle, in what was considered a serious security breach.
The ABC declined to comment and referred inquiries to law enforcement.
