KAUKAUNA — The Kaukauna Area School District Music Department, school district and community have been honored once again as one of the nation’s “Best Communities for Music Education” by the NAMM Foundation.
This is the department’s sixth consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition.
“This recognition is a testament to the incredible dedication of our teachers, administrators, parents, students, and community leaders, all of whom support and value music as a vital part of a well-rounded education,” Jacob Martin, Kaukauna High School Instrumental Music Educator wrote in a news release.
“We are deeply grateful to our entire KASD community for your unwavering support of music education. Thank you to our staff for their passion, commitment, and tireless work to bring the power of music to our students each and every day,” he said.
