Curtis Harding has shared his new single ‘There She Goes’.
The American artist recently signalled his return, promising fans something new. Curtis Harding has been broadly silent since his excellent 2021 album ‘If Words Were Flowers’, a record that took his alt-soul sound in different directions.
Out now, new single ‘There She Goes’ is the first page of his next chapter. A sharply defined return, it places Curtis’ pop instincts to the fore, driven forwards by that piquant vocal.
Lyrically, Curtis Harding is capturing his “poetic description capturing the beauty and duality of the ideal woman…”
He adds: “This perspective is often overlooked or subject to judgment, as her strength and resilience are sometimes misunderstood. Despite the challenges we may face, she is still able to grow and shine with a sense of grace and poise.”
Italian director Michele Civetta steers the video, with a luxurious Beverly Hills Garden retaining a curious, Twilight Zone-esque secret.
Actor Omar Dorsey (Selma, Queen Sugar) – a recurring presence in Harding’s music videos – returns for the central role, and you can check it out below.
