The next musical act to perform in the chapel at Sonoma Mission (Mission San Francisco Solano) is the Raven and D’Vine Band on May 1.
The Raven and the D’Vine Band is a relatively new combo in town. Playing classic rock covers, the band features the powerful vocals of Raven Monette. Behind her are Christopher Wright Caselli, guitar and vocals; Noel Barbulesco, bass guitar; and Johnny Mojo, percussion and vocals.
The band usually plays electric instruments, but this intimate venue lends itself to songs played a bit more quietly, so the band will don acoustic instruments to rock the joint. Showtime is 7 p.m.at the mission, 114 E. Spain St. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets at the door are $10 general, $5 for parks members.
