Music icon DJ Hazel, real name Michał Orzechowski, has been found dead at the age of 44 under what is being described as „mysterious circumstances“. The Polish music legend was discovered in a car parked near Skępe, Lipno County, in Poland on May 7. Cause of death and circumstances surrounding it were unclear which has prompted an investigation from police, according to reports from TVP3 Bydgoszcz. Police spokeswoman Małgorzata Małkińska, confirmed when his body was discovered and told the Pinnacle Gazette authorities are attempting to clarify the situation.
Born in Warsaw DJ Hazel was a prominent figure in the electronic music scene across Europe ever since he launched his career back in 1998. He was was nicknamed the Fastest Hands of Europe and earned the title of European Vice-Champion at the European DJ Championships held in Germany, which solidified his status as one of the leading DJs in the country.

Other tributes flooded also flooded in for the star as news broke. „OMG! Maestro RIP!“ one wrote.
