Four new shows have been confirmed
CMAT has announced a series of intimate UK shows in the run-up to her set at Glastonbury 2025. Check out the details below.
The Irish singer, songwriter and guitarist was confirmed as joining the stacked bill for this year’s edition of Glastonbury earlier this year, although it has not been shared which day she will perform, nor which stage.
Now, in the run-up to this year’s event, CMAT has confirmed that she will be playing a handful of intimate gigs around the UK as a warm-up. These will be kicking off on June 21 with a slot at the O2 Academy in Liverpool, and continue the following night with a show in Bedford.
From there, two more gigs are lined-up: a show at the Princess Pavillion in Falmouth and a gig at the Cheese And Grain venue in Frome.
“Hi girls, it’s me! I’m very excited to surprise announce that The Very Sexy CMAT band will be going on a glasto-warmup-mini-tour,” CMAT wrote on X/Twitter today (May 6). “Where’s a gorgeous girl like me off to then??? New York, London, Milan? Hell No!!!! It’s Liverpool! Bedford! Falmouth and Frome!!!”

She also laid out details about the gigs, adding that they will not include encores and will have a ban on mobile phones.
“These shows are very small capacity and we will be playing our 60-minute-long Official Glastonbury in one go, as we will be on the [REDACTED] stage,” she wrote. “No encores, no phones, just a lot of sexy people living in the moment and me presumably crowd surfing after a singular beer.”
Tickets for the four dates go on sale this Friday (May 9) at 10am, and those who pre-order the new album ‘Euro-Country’ before tomorrow night will be given access to the pre-sale. Visit here to pre-order, and here to buy tickets.

Earlier this year, the first line-up poster revealed that The 1975 and Olivia Rodrigo would be joining Neil Young in headlining the Pyramid Stage. It was previously shared that Rod Stewart will take on the coveted Legend Slot on Sunday.

In other CMAT news, the singer was named as part of Forbes’ ’30 Under 30′ Europe 2025 list alongside Lola Young, AURORA and Fontaines D.C.‘s Grian Chatten. She was then confirmed as the second headliner of the Lovely Days Live series at the Guinness HQ in Dublin, joining fellow Irish artists Fontaines D.C. and Lankum.
The singer is scheduled to release her third studio album, ‘Euro-Country’, on August 29. She has already previewed the project – which follows 2023’s ‘Crazymad, For Me’ – with the uplifting single ‘Running/Planning’.
The artist has also announced a UK and European tour for 2025, including a gig at Dublin’s 3Arena in December. Find any remaining tickets (UK/Ireland) here.
Speaking to NME about ‘Euro-Country’ recently, CMAT explained: “There is lots and lots of new music and it’s coming very soon. I spent all of September to December working on it in a hole in New York City. It’s done now. I lost my mind there for a bit, but it sounds great.” Check out that interview above.
