INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The first ever Homegrown Music Concert Series is set to kick off in Noblesville, Indiana, showcasing local artists across four venues starting this Friday.
Sponsored by Hamilton County Tourism and presented by Hamco Live, the series aims to celebrate and elevate local musicians by featuring their original music. The concerts will take place at various venues in Noblesville, with the inaugural event hosted at Sid’s Bar and Grill.
“It’s exciting, first of all. It’s wonderful to kind of build this community between the musicians, the businesses, the local listeners, and bring everybody together,” said Glenn Sealand, one of the participating musicians.
Gabby, the communications manager for Hamilton County Tourism, explained, “On Visit Hamilton County’s website, you can get this digital passport completely free. And all the shows to go to are free as well.”
The Homegrown Music Concert Series is designed to highlight the talents of local artists who write and perform their own music, offering a platform for authentic, homegrown sounds.
Attendees can enjoy the concerts free of charge, and those who check in at three different events using the digital music passport can earn a free commemorative t-shirt.
The series not only provides entertainment but also fosters a sense of community by connecting musicians, local businesses, and residents.
The Homegrown Music Concert Series promises to be a vibrant addition to Hamilton County’s cultural scene, bringing together local talent and community members for a celebration of music and creativity.
