Watch Ed Sheeran & Noah Kahan 'Duel' In Front Of Surprised Nashville Crowd – iHeart

In a duel between Ed Sheeran and Noah Kahan, who would win?
The musical maestros put the question to the test with a surprise appearance in Nashville this week at popular dive bar and karaoke hotspot Santa’s Pub, much to the delighted surprise of the gathered crowd. On Tuesday (April 22) Sheeran shared a video on Instagram of he and Kahan sitting among of group of smiling onlookers, each playing an acoustic guitar and leading the impromptu audience in a rendition of Kahan’s hit song "Stick Season."
Just as you would expect for Music City, everyone, crowd included, nailed the performance, belting along to the chorus before wrapping up the song and cheering for the two musicians.
"Shut down @santaspub in Nashville to do dueling songs with @noahkahanmusic what a night," he captioned his post.
Kahan also shared the video to his Instagram as well as his Stories alongside a grateful note praising the "Shape of You" singer, writing, "The privilege of a lifetime to perform with one of my heroes [Sheeran] proud to call you a friend."
This isn’t the first time Sheeran has surprised unsuspecting Nashville crowds with impromptu performance, even serenading a newlywed couple at Santa’s in the past. He most recently featured a trip to Tootsies on Broadway in the pink heart video for his latest single "Azizam."
