Rising musical Star from Ekiti State, Kayode Oluremi aka Yuppiekay, has opined that the success in music industry depends on networking.
Yuppiekay reiterated that the world is a global village and as Afrobeats has crossed barriers from Africa and is now dominating international music charts.
He also noted that every brand that is extremely big seems to have powerful networking relationships hence his stand on networking as key to a successful musical career.
With a passion for music and a drive to succeed, Yuppiekay has been making waves in the country’s music industry and he is intelligent and highly driven by his musical craft.
Yuppiekay’s musical journey began during his senior secondary school days, when he recorded his first song in a studio in Ikotun, Lagos Nigeria. Since then, he has released about 10 songs, honing his craft through university and beyond.

According to Yuppiekay, “I’ve always been drawn to music a lot, and I just loved and enjoyed being around where it’s been made or making one myself. One of the factors that helped me was my networking through my school days as my name became a household name on campus.”
As an artist, Yuppiekay draws inspiration from renowned musicians who are known as networking kings such as Wizkid, Chris Brown, and Burna Boy.
One of Yuppiekay’s dreams is to collaborate with his favorite artist,Wizkid.
Talking about his recent work, Yuppiekay recently released a new song and video entitled ‘On God,” which talks about trusting in the divine grace of God.
