Parcels Announce New Album ‘Loved’, Share ‘Yougotmefeeling’ – Music Feeds

By David James Young
Parcels have formally announced their third studio album, entitled Loved. The follow-up to 2021’s Day/Night is set for release on Friday, September 12th via Because Music. To coincide with the album’s announcement, the Byron Bay-born indietronica quintet have shared a new single from it called ‘Yougotmefeeling’, which can be streamed below.
It marks the third single to be lifted from the album, following on from ‘Leaveyourlove’ in October 2024 and ‘Safeandsound’ in March 2025. The song was written by bassist Noah Hill, and was produced by his bandmates Patrick Hetherington (guitar, keyboards) and Jules Crommelin (guitar). The band have also shared an accompanying video of them performing the song live.
“It’s very internal for all of us – so personal and so deep – which is sometimes quite uncomfortable,” said the band in a joint press statement about the themes of Loved. “But that’s what Parcels is — at least at the moment. [It’s] all of us having that individual journey, then trying to make a space so we can funnel everybody’s experiences into the same world and express it as a celebration.”
The band recently announced their homecoming tour of Australia, which will see them play their biggest-ever headlining shows locally including a show at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt. All information and dates of their Australia Live ’25 tour can be found here. Loved, meanwhile, can be pre-saved digitally and pre-ordered on both vinyl and CD by clicking here.
