Missouri University of Science and Technology’s arts, languages, and philosophy department will present an orchestra concert this May featuring music from the “Star Wars” franchise.
The performance will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 4, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall, located at the corner of 10th and Main streets on the Missouri S&T campus. The orchestra is directed by Foster Beyers, lecturer of music at Missouri S&T.
“Join the S&T University Orchestra as they celebrate Star Wars Day with music from long ago and far, far away including from the video game “Jedi: Fallen Order” and Episodes 1-6 of the “Star Wars” saga,” says Beyers.
Tickets are $5 for the public and free to youth ages 18 and under and Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online. Tickets can also be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office starting one hour before the performance.
