An influential figure in London’s left-field arts scene, mark william lewis has self-released a number of projects, each fusing his brooding voice with evocative, devoutly DIY arrangements.
Now working with formidable arts platform A24 Music, new release ‘Tomorrow Is Perfect’ offers a transformative evocative.
Aired during a sold out headline show at London’s ICA earlier this year, the brooding vocal conjures visions of Leonard Cohen, while the slow-burning instrumental passages carry a David Lynch-esque awareness of the uncanny.

I wrote ‘Tomorrow Is Perfect’ at home in London. I wanted to capture and describe all of the images and places that meant something to me at the time and collage them together in one song.
