Loyle Carner is set to release new album ‘hopefully !’ on June 20th.
The multi award-winning rapper headlined – and curated – All Points East last summer, uniting some of his all-time heroes with his peers. Heading into the studio, Loyle Carner has completed work on a new album, a probing song cycle that deals with self-doubt, commitment, parenthood, and his enduring love of the craft.
12 years on from introductory statement ‘A Little Late’, the new album finds Loyle grappling with maturity, and it’s led by recent surprise two-part single ‘all i need’ and ‘in my mind’.
Loyle Carner will then release new album ‘hopefully !’ on June 20th, before headlining Glastonbury’s Other Stage on June 27th – pretty neat planning, all told.
Looking ahead, Loyle will play the biggest headline show of his life this Autumn, including three nights in Glasgow, two in Newcastle, and three in Manchester.
The rapper will host a four night residency at London’s O2 Academy Brixton, running between November 2nd to 5th.
