Music First‚s RESONATE club event on Saturday night at Brad’s Warehouse in Tāmaki Makaurau’s CBD was a multi-sensory delight. Attendees were first invited to make their way upstairs through artists Angus Muir and Dan Move‚s all-encompassing Darklight: A Descent Into Colour light installation / interactive exhibition (including a live modular synth performance), before descending downstairs into the dance zone — featuring Naarm club icon DJ JNETT, plus Pōneke’s Borrowed CS aka Cory Champion (Clear Path Ensemble) playing a hardware-only set, 95bFM sonic voyager Psychic Glands, and MF residents Frank Booker and Sam Harmony.
