Lime Blue Music is a rapidly growing London based company, specialising in the worldwide management, collection and distribution of Neighbouring Rights.
Lime Blue Music represents almost 2 million recordings from over 2,500 different performer and master owner clients. Our groundbreaking proprietary tech and hands-on international approach to Neighbouring Rights sets us apart from the competition and has propelled huge growth over the past few years.
Working across all genres of music, our goal is to maximise Neighbouring Rights income for our clients through our direct relationships with collection societies, detailed data through our bespoke online portal, and rapid accounting.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Repertoire Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in neighbouring rights management, publishing, distribution, intellectual property, or music licensing, who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key part of our repertoire team, you will be responsible for ingesting new repertoire for both our performer and label clients as well as ensuring repertoire is updated across our client roster.
You will work closely with various internal teams (repertoire, accounts, disputes) as well as with our client base to ensure we maintain a clean database of recorded performances and recordings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of music and recording metadata and will have meticulous attention to detail.
