In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
Lenten Meditations in Music wraps up on Friday at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Roseburg.
Presented for over 50 years, the series is designed as a time for gathering and prayerful contemplation during Lent.
This week traditional Good Friday readings and music will be presented by Reverend Vicky Brown and pianist Karen Gibbs. The event will be held from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the church’s sanctuary on Southeast Lane Avenue. It will also be streamed on the church’s Facebook page and its YouTube channel.
