Jon Bailey and Marc Sheinman join Red Light Management's UK team – Music Week

Music managers Jon Bailey and Marc Sheinman have moved to Red Light Management.
The duo’s 7980 Music, formerly part of the Insanity Group, has partnered with Red Light Management with a roster including Wilkinson, David Rodigan, Friction and songwriter and producer Brad Ellis, among others.
Bailey and Marc Sheinman have joined the UK team at Red Light headed by James Sandom, strengthening the company’s dance and electronic roster.
Red Light’s electronic and dance roster includes artists Bonobo, Pendulum, Subtronics, Odesza, Glass Beams, Duke Dumont and Knife Party, along with writer/producers including Punctual, Danny L Harle, Jon Shave, Lewis Thompson and ShiftK3y.
In a joint statement, Jon Bailey and Marc Sheinman said: “After 20 years in partnership together, Jon and I, alongside Jake in our team, feel like we’re at the most exciting juncture of our career. We are so lucky to work with our amazing roster of artists, producers and songwriters and the opportunity to partner our business 7980 Music with Red Light Management made total sense, giving our talent the best possible global service. 
“We feel culturally aligned with what they are doing and, having already worked with many of the US and UK team on various projects, we are very excited for the next chapter with James Sandom and the wider company.”

Red Light’s global business continues to grow, with artists at the core of the company’s roster for some time – such as Lionel Richie, Phish, Alabama Shakes, The Strokes, Dave Matthews Band, Interpol and  Enrique Iglesias – joined by the breakthrough success of Sabrina Carpenter, Lainey Wilson and Chris Stapleton, alongside significant new business for the Smashing Pumpkins and The Black Keys. 
Red Light, in partnership with Split Second, secured a UK No.1 album with Mumford & Sons this month.
In the writer/producer space, the company manages clients including Jon Shave, Punctual, Jon Decious, Danny L Harle, Flood, Simon Aldred and a host of others with productions in the past year across: Brat by Charli XCX, The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess by Chappell Roan, Guts by Olivia Rodrigo, Radical Optimism by Dua Lipa, I Inside The Old Year Dying by PJ Harvey, Whirlwind by Lainey Wilson, Spill The Feels by Seventeen, Ten Days by Fred Again.. and Dance No One’s Watching by Ezra Collective.
