Franklin College Music Department offers 3 spring concerts – Local News Digital

FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin College (FC) Music Department is presenting a series of three free concerts the second weekend in May, showcasing the talents of student musicians and vocalists.
All performances are open to the public and will be held in the Clarence E. and Inez R. Custer Theatre, in Old Main on the Franklin College campus.
The first is an instrumental concert on Thursday, May 8, at 7 p.m., by the FC Percussion Ensemble and the FC Woodwind Ensemble.
Then, the FC Singers, FC Women’s Chorus, and FC Men’s Chorus will perform favorites from the silver screen era on Friday, May 9, at 7 p.m., followed by a matinee on Saturday, May 10, at 2 p.m.
