Reports say Jin, a member of the South Korean pop group BTS, has announced his first solo world tour titled #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR. The tour begins on June 28 and 29 at the Goyang Auxiliary Stadium in Goyang, South Korea. The title of the tour draws from Jin’s solo variety series Run Seokjin, shared via BTS’s official YouTube channel, reflecting his aim to connect personally with fans.
The announcement was made through a poster released on the fan platform Weverse, featuring Jin styled as a vibrant rock star surrounded by musical instruments.
The tour will include 18 shows across nine cities. According to reports, after the opening shows in Goyang, Jin will head to Japan for concerts in Chiba (July 5–6) and Osaka. The tour will then move to the United States, with shows planned in Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and Newark. The final performances will take place in London and Amsterdam in August.
Reports do not list India among the confirmed destinations for this tour.
What will be performed?
Reports say the concerts will include songs from Jin’s upcoming second mini album Echo, due for release on May 16 at 1 p.m., as well as tracks from his debut solo album Happy, released in November 2023. The shows are expected to deliver a dynamic experience built around a live band sound.
The album Echo is described as a personal exploration of life’s moments and emotions, capturing them through Jin’s honest lens. The title track, Don’t Say You Love Me, is said to portray the emotional struggle of holding onto love as a relationship unravels.
Will India be included?
As per current reports, India is not part of Jin’s scheduled solo tour. There is no official information suggesting a stop in India or plans for future dates beyond the announced cities.
