A Billie Eilish cover of “Creep” by Radiohead felt long overdue. Over the weekend, while performing on her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour in Amsterdam, the pop star made way for a haunting rendition of the song.
In fan-recorded clips of the performance, Eilish could be seen sitting on a stool, accompanied by a guitarist singing the lyrics to the Radiohead classic, adding her own flair to the song. “But I’m a creep/I’m a weirdo,” she sang. “What the hell am I doin’ here?/I don’t belong here.”

Eilish and her brother/producer Finneas have long credited Radiohead as one of their musical inspirations for the album. In a 2019 Rolling Stone cover story, Eilish’s tour manager reflected on the Radiohead frontman sharing his love for the singer. “You’re the only one doing anything fucking interesting nowadays,” Brian Marquis said Thom Yorke told her. Last fall, Finneas joined BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge to perform a cover of Radiohead’s 1995 “Fake Plastic Trees.”

Eilish is currently on the European leg of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour. She has another show in Amsterdam on Wednesday, before heading to cities throughout Germany, Italy, and France, before shows across England throughout July. Earlier in the European tour, in Stockholm, the singer brought out her brother Finneas to play “I Love You.”
Tom Odell has been the singer’s opener through mid-June, before being joined by Lola Young, Syd, and Magdalena Bay for several stops. Eilish will wrap her run of shows on July 27 in Dublin, Ireland.
