Troy’s very own Adequate Phil, released their new single “brAIn melts slow” and it is more than adequate.

With clever lyrics and dauntingly catchy melodies, the song deftly supports Adequate Phil’s out of the box genre of psychedelic freak-folk.  The new single has resonant Radiohead and Gorillaz influences, and yet Adequate Phil still maintain their singularity.
The track explores the use of AI and its entanglement in art.  The trippy tune highlighted an arousing opening guitar line and is complimented by grounding percussion and elevating chimes throughout.
