Power of the Herd

UNK students sang and danced to their favorite songs Thursday night during Aux Cord Wars Live at the Health and Sports Center on campus.
Hosted by nationally touring entertainers Jay Dukes and Trizzy, this high-energy music competition put audience members in control of the playlist. For more than two hours, contestants selected from the crowd battled head-to-head, choosing their favorite songs from a specific genre.
When the Aux Cord Wars official DJs stopped spinning tracks, the audience decided who played the most popular hits. Winning contestants won cash and prizes totaling $2,000.
The event was sponsored by UNK’s Loper Programming and Activities Council.
