Turnstile share two new songs featuring Dev Hynes and Hayley Williams – Far Out Magazine

Turnstile have shared two new tracks, ‘Seein’ Stars’ and ‘Birds’, from their upcoming album, Never Enough. They have also released a double music video directed by the band’s own Brendan Yates and Pat McCrory.
Turnstile announced their first album in four years since the Grammy-nominated Glow On earlier this month. Singer Brandon Yates handled production duties on the forthcoming LP. They previously released the title track ‘Never Enough’, whose music video is also directed by Yates and McRory.
According to Turnstile’s team, the forthcoming album is a “restless and exhilarating evolution of the band’s genre-defying sound. A transformative journey, both fearless and alive, by one of the most forward-thinking and influential bands of their generation.”
The three-minute track ‘Seein’ Stars’ includes additional vocals from Blood Orange’s Devonté Hynes and Paramore’s Hayley Williams. Its hoppy, funky bass is below expansive, echoey vocals. American record Producer Will Yip expressed his gratitude for the collaboration, noting on his Instagram story, “I got to work with three of my favourite voices in the world on ‘SEEING STARS’.”
The new album was recorded between Los Angeles and their homes in Baltimore, and is produced by Turnstile’s singer Yates.
The band recently revealed plans for a special New York record release show set to happen on June 6th at Under The K Bridge in Brooklyn, NY, which will see them joined by special guests Teezo Touchdown, Boy Harsher, and Big Boy
This summer, Turnstile are set to headline Outbreak Festival in Victoria Park, London, on June 12th before returning to the United Kingdom later that same month to make their return at Glastonbury Festival following their last appearance in 2022.
Other dates for Turnstile across festival season include Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Porto, France’s Hellfest, Jera on Air in the Netherlands and Ottawa Blues Festival in Canada.
